The word Mushroom is not new to everyone reading this blog, infact Mushrooms to many are known to be self grown species.
They normally grow in the forests, wetlands and farms.
But due to increased demand of food and technology in today’s competitive world, Mushroom growing is one of the leading incoming generating activities carried out by so many farmers across Sub – Saharan Africa.
Mushroom growing not only generate house hold income, Its also one way of boosting food security in many homes.
Mushroom soup contain some vitamins which are import to our bodies when cooked in appropriate ways.
Health Education Sanitation Agricultural Improvement (HESAI) we mostly do past, present and future research on trending activities so that we can help our community to live a better life ie, income generation and poverty eradication.
We Came up with this activity of training our people about how to grow mushrooms with 100% hope that they can fight food insecurity and also generate income when selling Mushroom vegetables.
