HESAI organization continues it’s role to help, education, promote and emphasize youth on their different talents and carriers.

Statistics indicate youth make up almost 70% of Uganda’s population and unemployment rate is on the rise in country.
Most youths are turning into criminals commiting different capital offenses due to lack of what to do for a living.

HESAI members, we’re aware of such a burden to the community, when youths are unemployed, the community cannot have peace since these youth will become a problem to the community that’s why we’ve been and still trying hard to come up with solutions that helps the youth acquire skills and get what to do for a living.

We enrolled some youth especially males to metal welding and fabrication institutions for short and mid term courses so that they can acquire skills and start supporting themselves.

For girls, especially school dropouts and child mothers, we enroll them for hand skills like hairdressing and other activities.
Other girls we support and encourage them to stay in school for further studies.
