Can you imagine, fish farming can be carriedout even on small piece of land, just you need to enough training from experts on how to carryout the activity.

At HESAI, we hired fish farming experts to train and educate our community about fishing firming.

not so long and the results are promising, yields are coming out now slowly since we’ve started the project not so long but we hope to expand rapidly.

Fish is a low-fat high quality protein. Fish is filled with omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins such as D and B2 (riboflavin).

Fish is rich in calcium and phosphorus and a great source of minerals, such as iron, zinc, iodine, magnesium, and potassium.

Research shows, malnutrition is high in greater tooro region ,(where HESAI organization operates) and the report was recently output by Kyegegwa District Health Officer.

At HESAI that’s why we take fish project as a very good initiative because not only it provides proteins and vitamins, fish farming can be a source of income when handled professionally.
