HESAI is the abbreviation of (Health Education Spiritual Agricultural Improvement) This Organisation sorely does it’s activities mainly in Kabarole District, found in Western Uganda, East Africa, Africa.
HEALTH
Health department is headed by Dr Gilbert Ategeka
HIV/AIDS, blood pressure, diabetes, Cancer, malaria awareness and fighting are some of the key priorities of HESAI Organisation Health Department.
AGRICULTURE
Agriculture department is headed by Guma Badru Ben
Because the community HESAI Organisation serve derives nearly 99% of its livelihood from Agriculture, We put much emphasis on improving Agricultural activities within the community to help families fight poverty and malnutrition.
SPIRITUAL
Spiritual department is headed by Retired Tr Kinyoro Gerison
With out God and Prayers, it’s not easy to have a good community with good morals especially when it comes to young generation, they always say children are pillars of tomorrow so where can leaders of tomorrow come from if we don’t nature them now?
HESAI therefore emphasizes the need to have a community which fears God and portrays high spiritual values.
EDUCATION
Education department is headed by Kabagomboka Lucy
In order to have a community with insight and able to change behavior, HESAI brings closer education to the children by providing them with;
– All scholastic materials
– Paying fees as well as following up their study progress.
– Paying lunch for all children we help at school.
We have also introduced vocational training to the youth (not in school) in order to skill them in metal fabrication, motor vehicle mechanic and the girls in hair dressing + catering services.
We Also give counseling and guidance services to the youth within our circle which helps them choose better direction towards their progress.
ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Entrepreneurship department is headed by Mugisa Pascal.
The community that HESAI serves is composed of people with different talents and abilities which have seen them try to earn a living.
HESAI therefore gives such people small financial help to boost their capital.
The credit given is used to run activities in;
– Craft making such as basket weaving
– Tailoring
– Brick making among others.
